Art journal - The shadow of love...

I finally found inspiration to play in my art journal again:-) I just love art journaling, it's such a great therapy for dealing with all sorts of feelings.

I have arthritis and transition from summer to winter can be a hard time. I both love and hate autumn. The crisp air, the colors, the nice evenings cuddeling with my family is something to treasure, but my body don't agree with it.. I feel lots of ambivilant thougths meeting autumn and I have a fear about how this winter will be..

I'm entering multiple challenges with this. I hope it's within everybodys rules (if not I'm so sorry).
Hope you all like it:-)

guest designer at Scrap365:-)

A while back I won the sketch challenge over at Scrap365 and got the chance to be a guest over at their blog:-) I love the sketches and all the inspiration to be found both in the blog and in the magazine. I was so sad to hear that the magazine went out of print, but I am so glad they are a part of Craft stampers, so they didn't completely shut down:-)

I was asked to make a layout for the october sketch. If you want to see the entire post and join in on the challenge visit Scrap365:-)

"I got a bit carried away playing with the sketch:-) that's why I love sketches, you never know what you're gonna get:-) I flipped the sketch and added some elements to the edge."

Inspired by Muumka:-)

At the crop in Egersund I attended two classes by Muumka. I just love her style so it was so fun to meet in person and see her work close up:-)

First up the layout from the class. I had the perfect photo for this, my 5 year old scrapbooker:-)

Next up is a layout I made right after the class. I made this for the challenge over at the Norwegian blog Scrappelyst and the challenge was "Sun". The layout is about how we're travel to the sun every winter for me to get my "medicine" for my artrithis. It's the best time of year and a great chance to enjoy some quality time with my familiy.

I made this for CSI case file no. 137.

This page got a bit more "messy" I guess but I love making a mess so it suits me perfectly:-D

5 ~ Prima Build a page

This weekend I was at a crop in lovely Egersund, meeting a lot of other scrappers. I had the best time and got so much inspiration and good energy from all these awsome, creative ladies:-)

The next days I will show you the projects I made, but first up my take on the latest sketch at Prima. This sketch is just my kind of sketch and I had a great time making a layout from it:-)

My layout is a romantic mixed media page. It's about my oldest daughter and it describes how she is now at the age of 5.

I used a lot of Prima goodies on my page. The paper, flowers and many of the embellishements is all from my Prima stash.

Mil etter mil CSI # 135

Time for a new case file over at CSI! Case file no. 135 is super cute, come over and join the fun:-)

My page is called "Mile by mile" - and it's a title of a classic old pop song here in Norway by Jahn Teigen. And as we were driving to his hometown Tønsberg I thought I'd use it on my page.

Evidence: animal, polka dots, sun, speech bubbles, arrows.
Testimony: journal in a speech bubble

Scrapfabriken hos Project life Norge

Desse passa virkelig perfekt til bursdagssida til eldste jenta mi.
